Getting Started

Create an account, sign in, and orient a new operator.

Create an account

Open the registration page and provide the organization, operator, and contact information required for a workspace. Use an organization-controlled email address for accountable administration.

Sign in

Use the assigned email address and password at /login. After authentication, Mrkgron routes the operator to the dashboard.

Navigate the workspace

The left workspace navigation provides access to CRM, communications, analytics, commerce, automation, journeys, messaging, integrations, identity, tenants, and settings. Access is governed by the active workspace and operator role.

Begin with the operating record

  1. Confirm the active workspace and operator identity.
  2. Review dashboard signals and unresolved operational priorities.
  3. Open the relevant module and apply a filter before making a decision or export.
